Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your OMNES pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all sustainable packaging and tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
